Deposits may be transferred once to a future appointment if rescheduled within policy guidelines.
GRACE PERIOD & LATE ARRIVALS
A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
After 10 minutes late, your appointment automatically converts to WALK-IN STATUS.
Walk-in service is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
If service cannot be accommodated, the deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee.
No exceptions. This policy allows us to serve all clients efficiently.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who do not arrive and do not notify the salon are considered NO-SHOWS.
No-shows forfeit their deposit.
Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day reschedules result in loss of deposit.
One courtesy reschedule allowed per appointment.
WALK-INS
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Priority is always given to on-time appointments.
Late appointments automatically become walk-ins after 10 minutes.
SERVICE TIME & STYLE CHANGES
Please confirm style, size, and length at booking.
Significant changes at the appointment may require:

We reserve the right to decline last-minute changes that affect timing.
GUESTS & CHILDREN
No extra guests unless being serviced.
Children must be supervised at all times
PAYMENT METHODS
Cash, Zelle, Cash App, or POS accepted.
Remaining balance is due before service completion.
